1. Versatile Testing Capabilities
The DYFJ-C is specifically designed to test a wide range of flange-connected valves. The entire workbench, along with the valve under test, can be submerged into a water tank, facilitating convenient and efficient pneumatic testing.
2. Hydraulic Clamping System
The test bench utilizes a hydraulic claw system to seal the valve end faces by clamping the back of the flanges. This method ensures that no external force is applied to the valve body, preserving the integrity of the valve during testing and preventing any potential damage.
3. 90-Degree Rotation Functionality
The DYFJ-C is equipped with a 90-degree rotation mechanism, allowing the valve to be flipped for testing on both ends.
4. Dual Media Testing
The test bench supports both water and gas as testing media. The water used for testing can be recycled, making the system environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
5. Advanced Pressure Control System
The DYFJ-C is equipped with a low-pressure rapid water pump and a high-pressure slow-boost water pump. These pumps work in tandem to achieve the desired test pressure, after which the system automatically enters a pressure-holding phase for accurate timing and evaluation.
