Functional Description
The DYFJ-AQ Safety Valve Calibration Bench employs a flange-end positioning method, with clamping jaws securing the back of the flange to seal the end face. This method ensures that no additional external forces affect the test results, adhering to standard valve testing protocols.
The clamping system is designed with radial and axial movement capabilities, driven directly by hydraulic cylinders. This design ensures uniform force distribution on the valve sealing surface, providing reliable and consistent clamping. The bench supports both water and gas testing, allowing for comprehensive inspection of valve sealing performance and observation of sealing conditions.

Testing Procedures
1. Water Pressure Testing:
Mount the test valve.
Adjust the hydraulic cylinder clamping force based on the pressure chart.
Set the electronic control pressure gauge (low pressure: 0-1.5MPa, high pressure: as per test requirements).
Open the water inlet valve, close the gas inlet valve, and open the water discharge valve.
Start the water pump.
The system will automatically stop and hold pressure.
Open the water discharge valve to release pressure to zero.
Remove the test valve.
Testing complete.

2. Gas Pressure Testing:
Mount the test valve.
Adjust the hydraulic cylinder clamping force based on the pressure chart.
Set the electronic control pressure gauge (upper limit pressure: 0-16.0MPa).
Open the gas inlet valve and close the water discharge valve.
Start the gas booster pump.
The system will automatically stop and hold pressure.
Open the gas discharge valve to release pressure to zero.
Remove the test valve.
Testing complete.

Important Notes
The gas boosting system includes a pre-stabilization tank. Charging to 3.0-5.0MPa is sufficient for the gas-driven pump to operate effectively (boosting up to 0-16.0MPa). Rapid charging should not exceed 5.0MPa to prevent equipment damage and ensure operator safety.

The equipment features a four-gauge system, displaying pressures separately with high precision: high pressure (0-60MPa), medium pressure (0-16MPa), low pressure (0-4MPa), and micro pressure (0-1.6MPa).
